Bilingual Japanese Marketing Agent
Job Summary
The Community Marketing Agent works with popular local attractions such as malls or theme parks and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations. In this sales-based role, they engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. They invite and incentivize guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations
- Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour
- Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
- Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
Travel Requirements
No travel required outside of the home site’s area
Minimum Requirements And Qualifications
- Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required
- Maintain production standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Knowledge And Skills
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices
Job Experience
1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required. Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Compensation
The hourly rate for this role is $16.00 - $16.00 plus commissions and bonuses.
