Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for internal employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Aid with setup, maintenance, and support of office IT equipment and network systems.
- Support user access, onboarding/offboarding, and general IT requests.
- Maintain and organize IT documentation, asset tracking, and system records.
- Respond to and resolve IT issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with overseas teams (Taiwan HQ) for IT-related support and communication.
- Offer basic network, systems, and infrastructure support for the office environment.
- Assist with additional IT or administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred (new graduates are welcome).
- One to two years of experience or internship in IT support, help desk, or technical support preferred.
- Basic understanding of IT support fundamentals, hardware/software troubleshooting, and networking concepts.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.
- A positive attitude, strong learning ability, and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- An organized, detail-oriented approach and capability to handle multiple tasks.
- An interest in working in a semiconductor or technical manufacturing environment is a plus.
