About the role

The Jennifer Haring Agency is seeking a bilingual Personal Lines Producer to join their growing Farmers Insurance agency in Fort Worth. This role focuses on new business and involves selling auto, home, renter, condo, umbrella, motorcycle, RV, boat, and life insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and close sales through phone, text, and email
• Manage and maintain an organized pipeline
• Generate cross-sell opportunities and referrals
• Work agency opportunities and contact prior clients and quote opportunities
• Generate Life Insurance opportunities if properly licensed
• Collect documents needed to bind new policies
• Meet quoting, activity, and production goals

Requirements

• Active Texas Property & Casualty License
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Licensed to sell Life & Health Insurance (if applicable)
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Experience in insurance sales preferred
• Organized and able to manage a pipeline
• Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
