Agency Producer Farmers Insurance - English and Spanish Speaking

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on insurance options and help them select coverage that meets their needs.
• Cross sell and upsell products to maximize client value.
• Process quotes, applications, and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain and exceed individual sales and retention goals.

Qualifications

• Must have an active California Insurance License in Personal lines, Commercial or Life, Health insurance or willing to get licensed within 45 Days.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.

$3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
