Agency Producer Farmers Insurance

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Agency Producer to join our Farmers Insurance Agency team. As a Producer, you’ll play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most while growing your career in the insurance industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. This role is in-person at a Farmers Agency and is a full-time position where you will be selling Farmers Insurance products and servicing new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Educate clients on insurance options and help them select coverage that meets their needs.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize client value.
• Process quotes, applications, and policy changes efficiently and accurately.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals.

Requirements

• Have an active California Insurance License in Personal Lines, Commercial, or Life/Health insurance (preferred). If you do not have an insurance license, you must obtain it within 3 months of employment.
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Prior insurance or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
