About the role

The Jennifer Haring Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team in Fort Worth, Texas. This position supports both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance clients and plays a key role in customer retention, policy servicing, renewals, account management, and agency operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and customer service requests
• Absorb clients with billing questions, coverage reviews, certificates, and policy documents
• Process and track renewals according to agency timelines
• Maintain accurate client records and agency documentation
• Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities
• Absorb retention efforts and client relationship management
• Work with multiple carrier systems and agency management software
• Collaborate with agency leadership to improve workflows and customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED
• Fluent in both English and Spanish REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years insurance agency experience REQUIRED
• Experience servicing Personal Lines or Commercial Lines accounts, including endorsements, renewals, policy changes, certificates, and customer service requests REQUIRED
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Willingness to support both Personal and Commercial Lines clients
