Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, enhancing client engagement and understanding.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Experience using CRM systems for tracking and managing sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer tailored solutions to meet client needs.

We are a small, but fast-growing, Family Practice Law Firm in Bellaire, Texas, looking for amazing Team Members to ensure that the firm is always putting its best foot forward for clients. Our firm helps fathers spend more time with their children and not lose their shirts in a divorce. We also understand and focus on ensuring what's in the best interest of children. We need someone who truly understands what it means to have the best interests of children and their parents, and not believe that only mothers should be the primary caretakers of the children.
