About the role

This position serves as a bilingual safety and HR coordinator responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee safety protocols and emergency response plans.
  • Facilitate employee training sessions on safety and HR matters.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on workplace conflicts.
  • Manage employee benefits administration and compliance.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to safety and HR activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Safety, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or safety management.
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
