About the role
LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing, multi-location organization in the environmental services industry to identify a Bilingual HR Talent Manager. This highly visible position supports employees across manufacturing, services, and corporate functions, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, and day-to-day HR initiatives. Spanish-language proficiency is strongly preferred for communication and employee relations involving Spanish-speaking employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 10–20 open requisitions at any given time across a variety of business functions
- Post open positions, review applicants, and manage candidate pipelines
- Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the screening and interview process
- Manage the recruiting process from job posting through offer and hire
- Oversee the onboarding process for approximately 20 new hires per month, including both contract and direct-hire employees
- Improve and streamline onboarding processes as the organization grows
- Provide general HR support across an employee population of approximately 400
- Assist with employee relations matters, particularly for Spanish-speaking employees
- Support the HR Director with employee relations and investigations, including translation and communication assistance
- Assist with payroll oversight and related HR processes
- Develop and deliver benefits presentations for Spanish-speaking employees
- Build a strong understanding of the organization's benefit programs and assist employees with general benefits questions
- Support various HR initiatives, projects, and process improvements
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a related HR function
- Experience managing a high-volume hiring workload and multiple open positions simultaneously
- Strong understanding of recruiting and onboarding processes
- Experience reviewing applicants, conducting candidate screens/interviews, and partnering with hiring managers
- General knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Spanish fluency is required
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Experience in a manufacturing, services, or other fast-paced environment is a plus
