About the role

• Manage recruiting process including sourcing, selection, offers, and pre-hire onboarding for multiple locations
• Employee relations
• Review payroll
• Administer benefits
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be bilingual (Spanish)
• 4+ years of experience
• Strong time-management skills and ability to pivot

Pay

$65,000 – $80,000
