About the role
- Manage recruiting process including sourcing, selection, offers, and pre-hire onboarding for multiple locations
- Employee relations
- Review payroll
- Administer benefits
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be bilingual (Spanish)
- 4+ years of experience
- Strong time-management skills and ability to pivot
Pay
$65,000 – $80,000
