Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance tracking
  • Conduct employee audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Update and maintain employee handbook, HR policies, and procedures
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Handle HR reporting, documentation, and internal recordkeeping systems
  • Support employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries
  • Partner with leadership to improve HR processes and operational efficiency
  • Aid with general HR administration and cross-functional coordination

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
  • Local HR experience required (Arizona-based experience strongly preferred)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in HR, HR operations, or HR generalist roles
  • Experience with employee records management, audits, and compliance
  • Experience updating or maintaining HR policies and employee handbooks
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
