Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance tracking
- Conduct employee audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Update and maintain employee handbook, HR policies, and procedures
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Handle HR reporting, documentation, and internal recordkeeping systems
- Support employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries
- Partner with leadership to improve HR processes and operational efficiency
- Aid with general HR administration and cross-functional coordination
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)
- Local HR experience required (Arizona-based experience strongly preferred)
- 3–5+ years of experience in HR, HR operations, or HR generalist roles
- Experience with employee records management, audits, and compliance
- Experience updating or maintaining HR policies and employee handbooks
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
