Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist

RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. Responsibilities

- Greet and check in patients, families, and visitors in a warm and professional manner - Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries - Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic scheduling software - Verify insurance information and assist with billing and co-pay collection - Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health records (EHR) - Coordinate communication between therapists, families, and administrative staff - Manage front desk supplies, mail, and general office organization

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree a plus - 1+ years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred - Experience in a medical, therapy, or healthcare setting is a strong advantage - Proficiency with scheduling software, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with the ability to work with children and families - Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management abilities

Compensation

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
