Bilingual Experienced Case Manager

Jacoby & Meyers, the nation’s preeminent consumer‑focused law firm since 1972, is seeking a smart, determined Bilingual Experienced Case Manager to join its growing remote team.

Pay

$25.00 /hour – $40.00 /hour

Type of Position

Full‑time, fully remote. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Interview new clients
• Set up appointments with new clients
• Collect all possible information, evidence, and documentation to build the client’s case
• Strictly comply with the schedule of assigned appointments
• Use the firm’s software (training provided)
• Scan documentation needed for the case and save it into the firm’s system
• Generate weekly/monthly reports with results for all assigned tasks
• Schedule medical treatment for clients
• Assist clients with vehicle repairs
• Frequent follow‑ups with clients regarding their case
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

• Very well organized
• Bilingual in Spanish / English
• Good follow‑up and follow‑through
• Strong communication skills
• At least 1 year of stable work experience
• Outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask
• Eager to learn and grow

• Team player

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Case Manager at a personal injury firm (or equivalent)
