Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Must live near Cleveland or Akron. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
About the role
Handles calls pertaining to payments for different accounts. The majority of calls will be inbound.
- Answer calls from customers calling in with a question about their bill
- Take customers payments over the phone
- Talk with customers who missed a payment and are looking to have their utilities turned back on by making a payment
- Direct customers calling with other issues to the main call center line

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canton, OH. The role is fully remote.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $19.23/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
