About the Opportunity
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative role is focused on delivering exceptional support to the organization's expanding customer base. This position is responsible for managing customer relationships through proactive inbound and outbound communications, resolving inquiries regarding lease or loan accounts, and contributing to improving customer experience. The role plays a key part in maintaining accurate account information and identifying customer service trends that inform management decisions.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide assistance with lease or loan accounts
- Utilize operational knowledge to respond accurately to customer questions
- Resolve issues independently and escalate when necessary
- Initiate outbound contact to address account concerns
- Identify and report trends in customer issues to management
- Perform various tasks as needed to support technology testing and onboarding
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a fully remote customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify customer issue trends and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Detail-oriented with a positive approach to addressing challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional communication tools
- Experience in fast-paced environments with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with sound judgment
- Reliable internet and a private workspace suitable for calls and meetings
- Fluency in Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Residency and ability to work remotely in specified U.S. states
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Hourly rate: $22 per hour
Eligible for participation in an operations bonus incentive
