Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assisting with policy updates, claims, and general insurance questions
- Providing clear, empathetic support in both English and Spanish
- Collaborating closely with our agent team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Pay
Competitive salary ranging from $42,600 to $92,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
