Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinator

About the role

This full-time Clinical Research Coordinator role supports a Pneumococcal Disease clinical trial at a research site in the Richmond, TX area. You will play a key part in identifying and recruiting eligible participants, educating them about the study, and ensuring they remain engaged and compliant throughout the trial. The position requires strong clinical research experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with both participants and research staff. This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, TX.

Responsibilities

• Review electronic medical records (EMR) to assess potential participants against study inclusion and exclusion criteria.
• Pre-screen potential participants based on protocol-defined eligibility requirements.
• Recruit and enroll participants into the clinical trial in accordance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clear and thorough education to participants about the clinical trial, including study procedures, expectations, and follow-up requirements.
• Conduct follow-up communications with participants to support retention and ensure ongoing protocol compliance.
