Bilingual Client Services Representative

As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will interact with clients, provide information, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve concerns. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish.

About the role

The shift is Friday–Tuesday, 2 pm – 11 pm (Wednesday and Thursday off). The position starts at $17.40 per hour, with shift premiums for weekend and evening hours. Initial training is conducted onsite and transitions to hybrid work; candidates should be local to the greater Memphis area.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails, resolve client issues, answer questions, and explain product functionality in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Route calls to the appropriate resource when needed.
• Set up and assist new accounts in the internal system, ensuring correct discounts are applied and creating hard-copy file accounts with all relevant information.

Requirements

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with telephone etiquette and in an office environment, customer service, or transportation industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Some college or equivalent experience.
