Bilingual Certified Training Expert_Eng/Spa_1st &2nd Shift_ M-Th

About the role

This role ensures that training follows an adult learner, high quality, standardized process while being responsible for holding production staff accountable for needed / required training. The role facilitates, documents, and monitors learning and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates learning and learning activities on their line and throughout the facility
• Facilitates learning implementation and skill development
• Makes sure employees meet department metrics
• Ensures up-to-date documentation and process compliance through personal action, audits, line walks, continuous improvement changes, and escalation to team leaders, supervisors, and management team when necessary
• Collaborates with other CTEs to develop best practices and implement throughout plant
• Attends at least one Kaizen event per year

Requirements

• Adult teaching methodology knowledge
• Effective communication and coaching skills
• Facilitation, including stand up speaking skills
• 6 months - 1 year experience in teaching, training, facilitation, etc.
• Must be bi-lingual
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical requirements/Working conditions

• May be required to lift up to approximately 40 pounds
• Must be able to stand at work station for extended periods of time
• Must be able to have repetitive motion which would include bending, twisting and squatting
• Must be able to use both hands and arms in repetitive motions
• Must be able to work in a noisy and dusty manufacturing environment
• Must be able to travel throughout the facility to obtain information needed to perform job functions
• Must be able to withstand both hot and cold atmosphere depending on weather conditions
