Foreperson Bilingual (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Supervises operators on the plating line, burnishing operations, and cleaning machines
• Responsible for the maintenance and proper operation of the wastewater treatment system
• Responsible for chemistry maintenance and additions to all tanks
• Responsible for tank cleanouts and all scheduled preventative maintenance
• Direct work flow through department based on production needs
• Take water samples as required
• Inspect hoists and trollies for proper operation

Qualifications/Experience

• High school or High school equivalency
• Knowledge of plumbing and basic chemistry

Environment

• Significant percentage of work performed with extensive noise and machinery running
• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear
• Frequently required to stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 50 pounds
