About the role

Twin Falls Subaru is seeking a bilingual Car Salesman to join our team. You will play a key role in connecting with a diverse customer base and helping them find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Aid customers in both English and Spanish throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Twin Falls Subaru’s vehicle lineup, financing options, and promotions.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Work closely with the sales team and management to meet individual and dealership sales goals.
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive sales or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and work effectively with diverse customers.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Motivated, reliable, and customer-focused mindset.
