Bilingual Automotive Sales Specialist

About the role

Parks Lincoln of Tampa is a top-volume Lincoln dealership in the nation, serving the Wesley Chapel and Tampa communities since 1975. We have a state-of-the-art facility with certified technicians for all maintenance and repair needs, including oil changes, tire rotations, and new/replacement tire sales. We also provide leadership development and internal promotions.

Responsibilities

• Supply customer with product performance and benefits
• Enhance the customer buying process by performing high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of vehicles
• Prepare and present demo vehicles so latest technology is enabled and ready for display
• Build strong rapport with customers
• Aid in lead generation by managing incoming email leads and setting up vehicle demonstration appointments via email and text communication

Qualifications

• BILINGUAL REQUIRED
• Previous professional experience required
• Energetic and enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
• Strong quality customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both in-person and over the phone
• Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
• Focused on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
• Eager to learn dealership best practices and improve customer service skills
• Ready to quickly adapt to learning new products in and out of the dealership
