Bilingual Call Center Sales and Retention Representative

About the role

This position involves handling inbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolving customer issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
• Clearly explaining bills, services, and product features
• Identifying upselling opportunities and closing sales to achieve performance targets
• Troubleshooting basic issues and escalating complex problems when necessary

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• At least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center or similar environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer focus, work ethic, and attention to detail

Skills

• Effective problem-solving skills
• Experience with commission-based sales is preferred

Schedule

40 hours per week, weekdays between 8am-6pm
