Responsibilities
- Support project teams with daily construction coordination and work sequencing.
- Monitor project progress and help track milestones, deliverables, schedules, and project updates.
- Follow up with field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to support timely task completion.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project activities and collect field information.
- Track manpower allocation, attendance records, and daily work activities.
- Aid with site safety requirements, company procedures, and client compliance expectations.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, RFIs, procurement records, submittals, and project logs.
- Generate reports and spreadsheets to support project tracking and management decisions.
- Participate in project meetings, coordination meetings, and site walks.
- Record meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Serve as a communication liaison between project managers, engineers, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Aid in identifying construction, scheduling, or operational issues and escalating concerns as needed.
- Support material tracking, procurement coordination, invoice verification, and other project-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Mandarin-English bilingual ability required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, project coordination, or field support preferred.
- Ability to read or interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organization, communication, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced construction/project environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Experience supporting construction, semiconductor, industrial, manufacturing, or MEP projects is a plus.
- Knowledge of project documentation, document control, or reporting processes is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working on-site and supporting field/project activities as needed.
