We need to extract sections:
- About the role / Working At NYAP: description of organization and role. Could be "About the role" or "About NYAP". We'll use "About the role". Content: "NYAP's commitment to doing what is best for children, youth and their families is a core value and one that we look for in our newest team members." Also maybe "The Assistant Educator for La Jornada will provide assistance to the teaching staff. Provide feedback to the Lead Educator about the progress of the children and discuss important issues pertaining to the children on a regular basis." That's more about role. Could be part of responsibilities? But we can put in About the role.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Minimum Qualifications: list.
- Other Skills: list.
- Physical Demands: maybe part of Requirements? Could be separate "Physical Demands" but not in allowed headings list. We could fold into Requirements or Skills. The allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map.
We have Benefits: "33 Paid days off each year! (11 holidays + 22 days PTO) Healthcare Benefits for you and your family Pet insurance that provides discounts and reimbursements Competitive salaries and benefits including a 401(k), Summer Hours Off (Half-day Fridays and Work Anniversary Trips!) Mileage Reimbursement, Phone Allowance, Student Loan Repayment Assistance, CEU’s and ongoing trainings/education". Also "Why Work with Us? Exciting Benefits and Opportunities at NYAP!" So Benefits section.
Pay: Not explicitly stated; only "Competitive salaries". That's vague; we should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive salaries and benefits". That's not a specific number; but it's still mention of salary. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive salaries". That's stating salaries exist but not specific. Might be considered stating them? The rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "Competitive salaries". I'd interpret that as stating that salaries are competitive, but not a specific figure. Might be okay to include Pay section with that statement. However they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Pay into Benefits? But Benefits already includes many items; we could add "Competitive salaries" as part of Benefits. Probably better to keep Benefits only and not create Pay separate because it's not specific. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "Competitive salaries". That's a statement about pay, albeit vague. I'd include Pay section with that statement? But they also said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we incorporate pay into Benefits. However Benefits already includes many items; we could add "Competitive salaries" as a bullet. That seems fine.
Schedule: Not mentioned except "Summer Hours Off (Half-day Fridays)". That's a schedule benefit. Could be part of Benefits. No explicit schedule like full-time/part-time. So we won't create Schedule section.
Qualifications: There's a section "Qualifications Who we are ..." That's more about the organization. Could be "About the role" or "Qualifications". The heading "Qualifications" is allowed. But we already have Minimum Qualifications and Other Skills. The "Qualifications" heading could be used for the "Who we are" description. However we also have "Minimum Qualifications" and "Other Skills". The allowed headings include Requirements and Qualifications. We could treat Minimum Qualifications as Requirements, and Other Skills as Skills. Then Qualifications could be about the organization description. But we also have "About the role" heading. Might be redundant.
Let's decide sections:
- About the role: description of NYAP commitment and role purpose.
- Responsibilities: bullet list.
- Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (including education, experience, certifications, language, driver requirements, etc.)
- Skills: Other Skills (written/verbal communication, compassionate attitude, understanding child development, nurturing teaching approach) plus maybe Physical Demands? Could include Physical Demands under Requirements or Skills. Physical Demands is more about ability; could be part of Requirements. But we have no separate heading for Physical Demands. Could put under Requirements as bullet.
- Benefits: list of benefits.
We should not include EEO boilerplate.
We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract each piece.
First, "Working At NYAP NYAP's commitment to doing what is best for children, youth and their families is a core value and one that we look for in our newest team members." That's about organization.
Then "33 Paid days off each year! That's benefits.
Then "Why Work with Us? Exciting Benefits and Opportunities at NYAP!" That's just heading; we can ignore.
Then "The Assistant Educator for La Jornada will provide assistance to the teaching staff. Provide feedback to the Lead Educator about the progress of the children and discuss important issues pertaining to the children on a regular basis." That's role description.
Then "Responsibilities The Assistant Educator for La Jornada will perform duties including, but not limited to:" then list.
List items:
- Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program’s mission, values, and philosophies.
- Assist in developing lesson plans based on state requirements and the specific needs of each child.
- Collaborate with educator to monitor the academic progress of each child.
- Collaborate with educator to deliver daily lesson plans, as well as understand how the classroom is run in the event that the teacher is absent on a particular day.

Then EEO boilerplate to remove.
