Essential Job Duties and/or Oversight Responsibilities
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Manage coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- 2+ years' experience in general maintenance
- Dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
- Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
- Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters
- Good verbal and written communication
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to provide great customer service to our residents
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive pay $20.00 to 25.00 an hour
- Yearly raises up to 5%
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
- On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call.
- Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
- $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

- 1stYear = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years = 120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours
