About the role
We are currently looking to fill a Maintenance Technician position for The Lennox, our property in Highlands Ranch, CO.
Responsibilities
- Respond to resident requests for maintenance
- Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
- Complete necessary repairs to building exteriors and common areas as assigned by Supervisor
- Perform Unit Turns
- Complete electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance installation and repair
- Adhere to the company’s safety program rules, attend safety meetings, and perform all duties in a safe manner
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience
- Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)
- Required to work on-call duty, weekends, and may be required to live on-site
- Required to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner
- Trade School or Maintenance Training Program Preferred
- HVAC experience preferred but not required
- CPO preferred but not required
Pay
Pay Range: $21.00-$23.00 per hour; on-site housing not offered
Schedule
This position requires attendance at offsite meetings, visits to other Company operated locations, purchase of goods from offsite vendors, and other tasks away from a single assigned location.

Qualifications
Employees choosing to drive their own vehicle for work-related duties will be required to have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance, and may be subject to a DMV record search.
