What You’ll Do
- Complete service requests and work orders efficiently
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
- Apartment turns and make-readies
- General janitorial duties and trash removal
- Participate in an on-call rotation and snow removal duties
What We’re Looking For
- 2 + years of apartment maintenance experience
- 2 + years of painting experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $23 per hour
- Annual salary increases up to 5%
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
