Bids and Projects Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure support to manage the resources of the forecast programs in accordance with the approved commercial scenario.
• Grant contribution to manage and monitors the competitiveness improvement process actions and results achievement.
• Support and contribute to harmonization and standardization of the executive reporting.
• Participation to major Program Reviews and Bid Gates.
• Support to bids and projects when defining the PBS, WBS, OBS and Master Schedule.
• Contribute to monthly analysis performance highlighting risks, criticalities and contributing to define corrective actions and relevant plans.
• Contribute to documentation.
• Manage Risks & Opportunities: capability of elaboration and maintenance of the Risks & Opportunities Register, track risk mitigation and opportunities shaping plans.
• Producing KPIs: prepare reporting and ensure action plan follow-up.

Requirements

• Master Degree Engineering specialties.
• Fluent English.
• Proven ability to develop and implement detailed project plans to monitor and track project processes.
• Proficient in ensuring on-time deliverables by ensuring effective contribution to coordination of resources and workforce.

Benefits

• Permanent Experience: 6-11 Years CCNL Met/Ind – B3 Category.
• Salary Range: € 41.424,25 - € 51.823,67.
• Performance Bonus (PDR): up to € 4.550.
• VC Target Rate: up to 8%.
• CIPi: up to 1.822€.

• Target Rate: up to 8%.
• CIPi: up to 1.822€.
