Bi-vocational Part-time Children's Minister

About the role

Pineview Baptist Church is seeking a part-time Children’s Minister.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, vision, training, and direction for the children’s ministry.
• Organize effective children’s programs implementing fellowship, worship, biblical teaching, discipleship, and evangelism.
• Minister and mission opportunities for the children and parents of Pineview Baptist Church.

Requirements

• A heart for children, consecrated Christian, and a witness for Christ.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, team-building, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in children's ministry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children and families.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
