Minister to Students (Part Time)

About the role

The Minister to Students will oversee the student ministry for grades 6-12, supporting the church's vision and core values through planned, coordinated, and evaluated activities.

Requirements

• Familiarity with and some experience in leading programs for students.
• Ability to plan, organize, train, and supervise program and event volunteers.
• Training or experience in the spiritual, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of youth.
• Ability to provide administration and leadership in supervising volunteer staff and interns.
• High School diploma or GED, vibrant Christian experience, and evidence of maturity in handling the Scriptures.
• Some training beyond high school preferred.
• Agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000) is required for all staff.
