BEVERAGE SERVER (PT) | CAZ

About the role

Beverage Server (Part-Time) at Casino Arizona, located in the Gaming department. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, previous serving experience, and a Maricopa County Food Handlers Card. Must be at least 19 years old for serving alcohol with meals and 21 years old for cocktail and pool servers. Previous experience in fine dining, banquet, or room service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present menus
• Write or memorize orders and relay them to the kitchen
• Serve meals and beverages, garnish dishes as needed
• Ensure cleanliness of designated areas and flatware
• Set up and supply beverage area with necessary supplies
• Totals bills and accepts payments or directs to cashier
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PCI Compliance and report suspicious activity
• Enforce applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous serving experience
• Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
• Age 19+ for serving alcohol with meals, 21+ for cocktail and pool servers
• Arizona State Liquor Laws - Title 4 certification
• Working knowledge of electronic POS systems
• Basic PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with InfoGenesis a plus
