The ideal candidate for a casino cocktail server is friendly, approachable, and attentive, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with a diverse clientele are essential. Demonstrates openness to feedback and direction, with the ability to adapt and improve based on guidance. The candidate should be able to maintain a professional demeanor, handle cash transactions accurately, and work efficiently as part of a team. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.

What Is Expected Of YOU

• Handle a range of duties focused on guest service and operational efficiency, including processing payments accurately, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent external and internal guest service.
• Greet guests warmly, take and relay beverage orders, and maintain knowledge of the bar's offerings.
• Carry trays of beverages, ensure cleanliness, and stay attentive to guest needs and safety.
• Flexibly perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Experience YOU Will Need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor and ability to handle a variety of customer requests and complaints with ease.
• Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Accuracy in handling cash and processing payments.
• Upselling and suggesting drinks to boost tips and meet sales targets.
• Ability to recommend popular or high-margin items.
• Ability to carry and balance trays.
• Flexibility in bending and reaching.
• Adaptability to casino conditions, including bright lights and noise.

Physical Requirements

• Carry and balance trays of beverages.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Salary Range

$9.50-$15.00 + Tips
