Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Resolve complex customer issues efficiently

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Document interactions and escalate issues as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
