About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. We are seeking a Benefits Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails related to benefits inquiries
- Provide accurate and timely responses to employee questions regarding benefits plans
- Update and maintain benefit records in the company’s HRIS system
- Coordinate with external vendors to resolve complex benefit issues
- Train new employees on benefits programs and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of various insurance types and healthcare regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
