About the role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. This role is responsible for managing benefits inquiries and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails related to employee benefits
- Research and provide accurate information about company benefits programs
- Document interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Train new employees on benefits policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in benefits administration or customer service
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Knowledge of various benefit plans such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Experience with HRIS systems and other benefit management tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
