About the role

Seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join the Global Reward Services practice, focusing on design and management of employee benefit plans for complex clients.

Responsibilities

• Supporting plan analysis, design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking
• Serving as the project manager and primary client contact, coordinating across teams
• Maintaining client relationships and developing junior staff
• Managing risk, compliance, billing, and budgeting
• Building and deepening client relationships, presenting technical recommendations, and contributing to market activities
• Additional duties for Senior Manager involve leading complex benefit plan projects

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years (Senior Manager: eight years) experience in employer benefit strategies
• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant professional credentials (e.g., CPA, EA, JD, MBA, or other approved designations)
• Leadership in managing large client engagements
• Industry knowledge across benefits
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Skills

• Experience with benefits technology, consulting, or related fields is a plus
