About the role

Seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join the Global Reward Services practice, focusing on designing and managing complex employee benefit plans. This role involves project management, client relationship building, technical expertise, and mentoring junior staff. The person will lead plan analysis, vendor procurement, benchmarking, and cost mitigation efforts while coordinating work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and management of employee benefit plans for a diverse client base, including analysis, design, and related requests.
• Serve as project manager and primary client contact, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain technical proficiency, develop junior team members, and manage engagement risks, compliance, billing, and budgeting.
• Build and deepen client relationships by presenting technical recommendations and participating in external market activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least five years of recent experience in employer benefit strategies (eight years for Senior Manager).
• Bachelor’s degree; professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD, MBA, or other approved designations.
• Experience leading large client engagements, managing multiple projects, and providing industry expertise across benefits and regions.
• Strong analytical, consultative, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work at client sites and travel as needed.
• Additional for Senior Manager: Minimum eight years of relevant experience and a lead role in benefit plan design and management.
