About the role
We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Global Reward Services practice.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and management of employee benefit plans for complex clients, including analysis, design, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking.
- Serve as project manager and primary client contact, coordinating work across teams and offices.
- Maintain client relationships, provide technical expertise, and mentor junior staff.
- Manage engagement risks, compliance, billing, collections, and budgeting.
- Identify opportunities, present technical recommendations, and contribute to market activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years (Senior Manager: eight years) of experience in employer benefit strategies.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; professional designations such as CPA, EA, JD/LLM, or advanced degrees like MBA, CEBS, CCP, etc., are preferred.
- Experience leading large client engagements, managing multiple projects, and providing industry expertise.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work at client sites and travel as needed.
