This position involves leading the design and management of employee benefit plans for complex clients, including analysis, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking. You will serve as a project manager, acting as the primary contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of recent experience in employer benefit strategies (eight years for Senior Manager)
• Relevant bachelor’s degree
• Professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD, or advanced degrees like MBA or certifications like CEBS or CCP
