About the role

This position involves leading and managing complex employee benefit plans for diverse clients within a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will serve as a project manager, coordinate with teams across offices, and build strong client relationships by providing technical expertise and strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support plan design, analysis, cost mitigation, vendor procurement, and benchmarking
• Oversee project execution
• Mentor junior staff
• Manage risk, compliance, billing, and budgeting
• Participate in market activities
• For Senior Managers: play a lead role in plan design and management, ensuring client needs are met effectively

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in employer benefit strategies (eight years for Senior Managers)
• Relevant bachelor's degree
• Professional credentials such as CPA, EA, JD, or advanced degrees
• Proven leadership in managing multiple large client engagements
• Deep industry knowledge of employee benefit plans
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work on‑site and travel as needed
