Benefits Call Center Representative

About the role

Responsible for managing inbound calls, answering questions regarding kits that have been sent to beneficiaries, performing walkthroughs on forms that beneficiaries will need to complete in order to commence their benefits, checking on stop and reissuing cases, working on death kits, managing inboxes, and collaborating with the team.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years or older
• Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Must be knowledgeable with pension accounts (DB skills)
• Must have strong organization skills
• Must have excellent time management skills
• Must have strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
• Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router

Pay

The estimated salary range for this role is $31,920 - $39,900. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.

Schedule

Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, schedule will be selected at the end of training. All applicants must agree to be available anywhere from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
