Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships
- Meet sales and growth goals while maintaining accurate activity records
- Advising employers on employee benefits strategy and plan options
- Supporting renewals, open enrollment, implementation, and ongoing service needs
- Working with carriers and vendor partners to evaluate coverage solutions
- Presenting recommendations in a clear, helpful, and professional way
- Staying current on market trends, carrier updates, and compliance considerations
- Collaborating with the Maddock team to provide reliable client support
Qualifications
- Experience in employee benefits, insurance, or brokerage services
- Knowledge of group health and employee benefits programs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive approach to client service and problem solving
- An attention to detail and strong follow-through
- An active insurance license, or the ability to obtain one as required
