Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Meet sales and growth goals while maintaining accurate activity records
  • Advising employers on employee benefits strategy and plan options
  • Supporting renewals, open enrollment, implementation, and ongoing service needs
  • Working with carriers and vendor partners to evaluate coverage solutions
  • Presenting recommendations in a clear, helpful, and professional way
  • Staying current on market trends, carrier updates, and compliance considerations
  • Collaborating with the Maddock team to provide reliable client support

Qualifications

  • Experience in employee benefits, insurance, or brokerage services
  • Knowledge of group health and employee benefits programs
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach to client service and problem solving
  • An attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • An active insurance license, or the ability to obtain one as required
