About the role
The Benefits Administrator is responsible for managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing support to employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer various employee benefit plans including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Ensure all benefits are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR team to implement new benefits offerings and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits options.
- Handle inquiries from employees about benefits policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and maintain records related to benefits administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
