About the role

The Benefits Administrator is responsible for managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing support to employees.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer various employee benefit plans including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Ensure all benefits are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR team to implement new benefits offerings and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits options.
  • Handle inquiries from employees about benefits policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records related to benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
