Administrative Assistant

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical, seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant in Chester, Virginia.

About the role

Performs clerical and administrative functions to drive project success. Provides direct support to the Project Team. General data entry, document management, and timekeeping. Tracks quantities of labor and materials related to daily production. Assists with other administrative activities as deemed necessary by the Project Team.

Qualifications

• Recent office administrative experience, construction industry experience a plus
• HS Diploma or GED
• Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) skills
• Willingness to learn new construction management software
• Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and communication (written and oral) skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
