Benefits Administration Services Associate II

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Benefits Call Center Representative. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from new and existing employee members regarding their benefits and plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
• Aid members with questions related to their benefits and plans
• Update account information as needed
• Aid with changes to health plans, FSA or HSA plans for new and existing employees
• Navigate multiple systems while accurately documenting interactions
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to work on an Onsite in office position as is required for this role
• Customer service and/or call center experience in healthcare is a PLUS but not required
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems and dual screens
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, inbound call center environment
• Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
• Ability to solve problems through analysis and provided feedback
• Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 9am-530pm EST, Monday- Friday
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, beneficiaries and co-workers

Pay and Benefits

• Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
• In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
