Responsibilities
- Aid participants scheduled for appointments regarding their retirement packages, including explanations of available options and required documentation.
- Research and resolve participant inquiries by reviewing account details, plan provisions, and system records.
- Document all calls, actions taken, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulatory, privacy, and company policies.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Assist with incoming calls from participants regarding retirement and pension benefits in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage inbound calls.
- Check on stop and reissue cases.
- Manage death kits.
- Collaborate with the team.
- Provide information on pension eligibility, benefit calculations, and payment timelines.
Requirements
- Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Strong organization skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Pay
Pay Rate: $16.00, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.
Schedule
Onsite Role – Full Time - Chesapeake, VA
Hours: Varies between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST and work two late night shifts of 11:30am - 8:00pm per week
