The Opportunity

The Benefits Technology Specialist supports and exceeds client expectations with HUB's benefits technology solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Configures and maintains HUB's Benefits Administration system based on client requirements.
• Tests system functionality to ensure accuracy and implements services according to project plans.
• Updates systems as requirements change and builds EDI files as needed.
• Trains clients and internal teams on system use and presents the system to clients and prospects.
• Maintains client relationships, advises on new products, and resolves issues.
• Stays informed about industry changes and makes recommendations to clients.
• Documents conversations, updates systems, and ensures data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Life & Health license preferred.
• Knowledge of employee benefits products and services, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills, and Project Management software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Primarily stationary position with frequent communication and occasional movement.
• Uses computer and office equipment.

$75,000 - $85,000k depending on geographical location and other factors.
