The Beneficiary Services Representative (PEBLO) plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to Medicare beneficiaries. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls from Medicare beneficiaries regarding their healthcare coverage and benefits
• Processing claims and addressing discrepancies
• Providing educational materials and resources to beneficiaries
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and policies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
