About the role
The Beneficiary Services Representative (PEBLO) plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to Medicare beneficiaries. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information.
Responsibilities
- Answering calls from Medicare beneficiaries regarding their healthcare coverage and benefits
- Processing claims and addressing discrepancies
- Providing educational materials and resources to beneficiaries
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on performance metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and policies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
