Responsibilities

• Escort guests to their rooms and assist with luggage.
• Explain hotel facilities, locations, hours of operation, and answer related questions.
• Check luggage for guests, both for day use and overnight storage.
• Maintain a visible and accessible station in the lobby to assist guests promptly.
• Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival and departure.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bellstand, lobby, and baggage room.
• Clean lobby doors and windows when not assisting guests.
• Update and post the daily events and entertainment boards in the lobby.
• Ensure smooth communication across shifts using the intershift log.
• Deliver messages and valet items to guest rooms.
• Provide timely and friendly airport pickups and drop-offs; inspect vehicles.
• Perform valet duties as needed.
• Assist the front desk with key inventory twice weekly.
• Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
